I love this cake video. The cake is georgous and so easy to do. Susan Carberry is an amazing teacher and not only makes it look easy, but it is easy. The things you learn from this cake make can be used on many other types of cakes. A must for your library.

Winter Wonderland Fondant/Buttercream Cake |

Of all the cake designs from YA, this is my favorite. I have made it twice - once using fondant to ice it and the other time buttercream. The fondant cake was used as a display cake at a local Fall Show and the public loved it! I followed that a few months later making it at my son's home in California for Christmas Day. The funny part - he was out making pancakes and bacon on his grill with the sun shining brightly for Christmas breakfast. I told him the cake would be perfect for the evening so he could say he actually saw snow on Christmas. The snowflakes are so pretty and shiny. I love the punch snowflake cutters I used to create them. They are very easy to work with. The cake has gotten rave reviews both times I have made it. One thing, I do not own an airbrush compressor yet - so I used Wilton's spray on icing color and it worked well as a replacement for the airbrusing.

This is another cake I made and took to the Bridal Affair. Love the pearl shimmer airbrushing and just a very unique wedding cake. Very versatile video....could be changed to a spring or summer theme cake or even fall just my switching things out.....looking forward to using this videop to make other cakes uing other ideas.....wonderful 5 star video.....

The first time I saw this cake I new I had to make it. It caught my eye right from the start. It was so pretty and like nothing I had ever seen.
I purchaced the video and made my cake for a christmas party at work. Needless to say everyone loved it.
I had never used the sprayed method before, but found it very easy. And the way you can use cookie cutters are endless.
