Susan Carberry's instructions make these cupcakes a snap. You use the cupcake like you would a flower nail. I really would like to see more flower options, hopefully another video will come out. You can also fill the cupcake centers with filling, which I did, these were a big hit.

Not only do you learn how to decorate the cupcakes, but what you learn in this video can also be transferred to decorating your cakes and cookies.
With cupcakes all the rage right now, why not try this, and amaze your family and friends!

This was one of my first videos to try and I wasn't very good at it, but Susan teaches beautifully and after practice I got better at the flowers. Wonderful instructional flower video.
