This cake is as such a joy to make and a joy to receive. I did it for my hubby who wears Hawaiian shirts and he loved it. Susan makes it easy to learn details like carving the cake, hibiscus flowers, and shirt collars. It's a great starter cake for carving.

This video gives you different aspects of buttercream, chocolate, fondant accents and airbrushing. This can be changed to use all fondant if you don't have the confidence to do a total buttercream cake with airbrushing.

Excellent instructions make this a breeze! Very little cutting/shaping is needed, so it is a quick set-up. It is stable for transporting and easy to cut for serving. Susan's fabulous little details are fun and easy and really dress it up. It can be airbrushed or made with pre-colored fondant or covered in buttercream with fondant accents. The design appeals to all ages - adults and kids alike.
