This is a video that I go over constantly to refresh me on the basics and advanced techniques. Susan explains everything so well. I feel this is a must have video if you are working with Fondant. Then use your imagination and you can come up with great new ideas.

This is by far the best compilation of fondant how-to's and facts that I have found anywhere on the internet or in any book! Plus Susan teaches you how to make a beautiful tiered cake! Who could go wrong??

Every time I watch this, I learn something new. It makes everything so easy and understandable you feel you can do it. Plus it is fun! I strongly recommend this to someone who wants to learn about and work with fondant. Excellent.
