I agree with everyone that Susan's work is great, and I have no criticisim on that score. I feel that it was over edited. It jumps from one thing to another without finishing but the implication is that we will see her do it. For instance, she is dusting a dragonfly and puts it on the cake then dusts a butterfly and next we go to making the fairy. During the making the fairy episode she says 'we paint the eyes like we did on the dragonfly' We never saw that and this is the first mention of it. Another example is we are told the tools to use for making the fairy-scissors being one and during the course we don't see them used. (I think they were used on the hair). During the hair episode she begins it and then says 'we will put additional layers on', which again we do not see, it jumps to the flowers or something. I realize these are not a make or break thing and can be figured out. But in my opinion it is obviously missing and took away from the flow of the video.

This cake is easier than you may think. Packed full of information on how to make all the little cut assesories. Susan takes you step by step through each little detail. Ideal cake to bring all the little ones in the kitchen who love to help.
