Tami is a great teacher but I have trouble with candy clay during the summer here in the deep south. So keep that in mind. Otherwise, it is great to have this method that tastes so good for covering your cakes and making decorations. I knew nothing about candy clay before Tami!

Tami does a wonderful job of explaining how to make candy clay. She demonstrates how easy it is to make roses with candy clay. I love this video and with the knowledge I learned from it, I am now experimenting with candy clay figures, etc.

I am so grateful that Tami teaches how to make candy clay in this video. She also does a fantastic job teaching the techniques. For example, the lovely curved drape on the bottom of the cake seems to take a lot of measuring, but when Tami shows you the easy way, it just makes sense.
