I've wanted to work with sugar for along time but thought it would be too expensive until I purchased this DVD. It turned out to be easier than I anticipated and not quite as expensive. I LOVE isomalt art. Thank you YA. Would like more of the same.

The portion of this video that I have tried so far, is making the lace pieces that I used for the top of a cake. This was extremely easy following Chef Silverberg's steps. Just put the isomalt between two cookie pans and pop in the oven...Presto, you have beautiful sugar lace.
