I have taken classes in the past, but this is absolutely the best way to learn! I like the fact that if you want to learn a specific technique there are no demands to BRING A CAKE TO CLASS! You can pick and choose what you need to learn, repeat it as much as you want and practice on your own time. Every detail is covered and nothing left out!

I used the bakers grease recipe...WOOHOO..love it love it love it...that made my cakes release from the pan so easily, i used to work in a bakery which had a bakers grease but this was so easy to make and use....ty ty ty so much this made baking so easy... also baking cakes now is a lot easier now that i read and learned the neat lil tricks in this issue.
