This is the sister book to CDME Volume 1 and would be a great addition to your library. Step by step instructions on making MMF, trim work and beautiful flowers plus a section on stacking cakes using various methods. Again, some of these techniques you may have learned in local cake classes but they don't teach you how to make MMF and their teachers aren't available 24/7 like the videos :-) Another must have!

One of the reasons I bought this video is that I wanted to learn how to make marshmellow fondant (MMF). The step-by-step instructions enabled me to make my first batch of MMF and from there my life changed and fell in love with cake decorating!

You learned all this in your basic Wilton classes. You know all this already. Right? Maybe. But did you bring your Wilton instructor home with you? NO. Is she available to you 24/7? NO. You do need this video. Plus, the technique for lattice hearts taught here can be applied to many other things and look great.
