I made the pink elephants cake  for a friends birthday she remember a cake of pink elephants when she lived in CA that they made at the Farmers Market in CA so I made her cake for her and she was naver so happy it brought back day of her youth and that was worth it all I highly recommend this dvd

I would recommend this as a first wedding cake for anyone who has a special wedding coming up and they want to try their hand at making the cake. Using buttercream, Susan gives step by step instructions that are almost foolproof. The end result is a gorgeous, professional looking wedding cake.

Easy to follow Instructions February 1, 2010

This is a great video to have.  Susan demonstrates very clearly simple techniques to get buttercream smooth (tricks of the trade), and shows you some lovely flowers and borders, plus two great cakes.  A must have for people who like to decorate with buttercream.
