I made the strawberries & cream cake and it was AWESOME, who wouldn't love this combination. This was a huge cake but was a big hit with the family. Have made this many times already.

Great cakes for any occasion. Love the chocolate with raspberry (although I would change to strawberries or blackberries). Learned how to make plaques to write on instead of writing on cakes....great idea...easier to make a new plaque than to try and correct one that you wrote on.

These are the type of cakes that I make most frequently for my clients. This video gave me ideas and techniques that will be so useful.

This video is great in showing how to make delicate looking cakes, with a touch of elegance using the candy plague. I've made two cakes with good results. Good video.

My favorite part of this was writing on candy plaques instead of directly on the cake, not that we would ever mess up while writing on the cake, of course. Also, anybody who is avoiding calories can just eat the fruit from these.
