This is an impressive yet easy to make cake for the Christmas holidays. I love the technique used to make the evergreen "branches". The instructions for this cake walk you through each step, building layer upon layer so that it looks like real branches, holly, leaves and poinsettias.

I just made this cake last week for an arts and crafts show.....got lots of compliments on it and did sell the cake. Yeah....I learned how to make the candles, the greenery by using the grass tip and my favorite the poinsettias by making them using foil and a cup.....very fun cake and will make it again.....

I made this cake for Christmas for my church gathering and it was a hit. I love watching Susan CArberry's videos. She is so much fun and makes everything look so easy. I had many compliments with this cake, perfect for the holidays.

I just finished making this cake....it is just beautiful! For those who like an all buttercream cake, this is a great one. You can certainly change things around to suit yourself, but Susan shows how to do this completely in buttercream. What a gorgeous Christmas party centerpiece this one is going to make!

Susan Carberry is known for simplifying the way she works. In this video, she shows lots of techniques and once you see how she makes this cake, you realize just how simple it is to do. With this cake you are sure to be a hit at the next Christmas party. I highly recommend this video.
